preparing for Carpet cleaning

To ensure a smooth cleaning experience

We’ve listed requirements below when you are preparing for carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning.

• We use furniture sliders to protect your floors when moving furniture
• Dressers need to have the drawers removed if you want them moved
• Area rugs that are not being cleaned need to be removed from carpet that is being cleaned
• Pet hair needs to be vacuumed and removed from upholstery that is being cleaned
• Decorative pillows, blankets and other items should be removed from upholstery that is to be cleaned
• Vacuuming needs to be completed unless you add it to your service
• Breakables should be removed from the area that is to be cleaned (end tables, lamps, stools, plants, pictures, nick knacks, vases, etc.)
• Dining room chairs should be moved unless they are being cleaned
